Chad Thornton – Co-Founder & Operations Manager
Chad brings over 25 years of pest control experience to the Paramount team. He is a certified applicator in both residential and commercial pest management, with specialized training in rodent exclusion, mosquito habitat reduction, and WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) inspections. Chad oversees quality assurance on all treatment plans and ensures every technician meets our high service standards.
