Jon Sumrall and Chad Thornton were both born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, so they know and love the communities they service. For years, the two men dreamed about opening a business and talked about how they would operate the business in the industry that they’re passionate about. The friends ultimately decided to open Paramount Pest Solutions because they felt customer service was being overlooked and becoming a secondary factor to numbers.
