Corey was very polite and professional. He was thorough in his inspection of my home. He gave me an estimate of the cost for termite protection, and made sure that I had contact information to schedule appointments and for any questions that may arise. He did not charge for the inspection. The price he quoted for a termite protection contract was very reasonable.

I have had a wonderful experience with all of the employees here. Aubrey is always prompt, polite, and professional. He does a great job of identifying potential issues and determining/executing best solutions. Kyle did a thorough home inspection when we had concerns about mice and was very knowledgeable not only about the pests, but also the architecture of our home - providing more insight into securing our home than even I had!

We had our soil pretreated for termites, and I can’t say enough good things about the service from Chase! He was extremely patient, professional, and thorough with his work. He took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was done the right way. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. My technician Julien is amazing!! Not only courteous and professional but so kind to all my animals. He did an incredible job spraying my home inside and out but also wiped every porch and large carport free of spider webs. He also knocked down the wasp nest on the carport that took up residency. Did a great job and would highly recommend him at Paramount Pest Solutions.

Julien is absolutely my favorite technician and he is who we see every single time. He is always professional, kind, customer oriented, friendly, and informative. Very happy with Paramount. Have been using them for about 18 months. Thorough and knowledgeable. Will come out right away if needed. If in between scheduled services, no charge for coming out. Aubrey was my technician and he arrived early and immediately got started. He was thorough and explained what needed to take place and walked me through the entire process. If I had questions, he answered them and set me up for a follow up appointment that’s already been scheduled.

Aubrey was the upmost professional. Throughly sprayed my entire yard to prevent fire ants. Not in a hurry to get it done, but efficient to make sure it was done properly. He was very informative and educational about other services we might need. Termites, carpenter bees etc..Very efficient, nice young man that values his job and customer relations. Always ask for Aubrey!

I had originally called a bigger corporation to service our home and a friend suggested Paramount, listening to her was the best thing I could have done.
They were quick to answer the phone and any questions I had and calmed me down quickly as I was quite upset our new (certified termite free) new home had the little boogers eating my kitchen wall!
Every employee I've had dealing with so far were fantastic, had no problems with my very large dog and my ever determined to escape cats.
They were on time every time and knew their jobs inside and out. Even got some tips on repairing the damage from our inspector John.
