I have been a loyal customer of this company since I purchased my home, but I will no longer use their services. They send renewal notices months in advance with no follow-up reminders. Recently, they came out and removed my termite traps without notice. Now, during the holidays, they have the audacity to charge an extra $100 just to put the traps back down. It’s ridiculous and feels greedy. I will be switching to another provider to handle spraying and any other services I need. I can no longer recommend this company to anyone.I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM this morning, and the company was a complete no-call, no-show. This is extremely unprofessional. I emailed them to find out what happened and received a response (which I’ve attached to this post) stating they didn’t come because they’re upset that I left a one-star review.Update:Let me be clear: it is my right to express my experiences and let others know how this company operates, especially during the holidays. I’m a mother of three kids already struggling, and this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This wasn’t about me missing a payment due date—this has never been an issue in the past. Instead of treating a loyal customer with respect, they chose to retaliate.I want others to know how poorly they’ve handled this situation. This is no way to treat customers, especially during such a difficult time.
