I have been a loyal customer of this company since I purchased my home, but I will no longer use their services. They send renewal notices months in advance with no follow-up reminders. Recently, they came out and removed my termite traps without notice. Now, during the holidays, they have the audacity to charge an extra $100 just to put the traps back down. It’s ridiculous and feels greedy. I will be switching to another provider to handle spraying and any other services I need. I can no longer recommend this company to anyone.I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM this morning, and the company was a complete no-call, no-show. This is extremely unprofessional. I emailed them to find out what happened and received a response (which I’ve attached to this post) stating they didn’t come because they’re upset that I left a one-star review.Update:Let me be clear: it is my right to express my experiences and let others know how this company operates, especially during the holidays. I’m a mother of three kids already struggling, and this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This wasn’t about me missing a payment due date—this has never been an issue in the past. Instead of treating a loyal customer with respect, they chose to retaliate.I want others to know how poorly they’ve handled this situation. This is no way to treat customers, especially during such a difficult time.
I have inadvertently forgotten the appointment and that he provided a quite professional service regarding the inspection, wherefore I was absent.
Chase was great. He showed up on time and got right to work. He was able to explain to me in detail what his plan was for my property and map out my treatment to meet our needs. We couldn’t have been more satisfied.
Justin was on time. He came out to do a termite inspection and was very thorough and up front with the costs that we were looking at. He talked us through everything that he was doing and everything that he found. There were no extra surprises at the end. Justin was very professional and personable.
Technician who did my inspection is very knowledgeable. He knows how to control termites. He explained me everything in details. I am impressed with his knowledge & i will take their service & will discontinue with my prior service provider.
We had a great experience, from the initial phone call the receptionist was very friendly and answered all my questions. Our technician Julien, was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about our issue and how to fix it. He was detailed and left a lasting impression, we plan to use Paramount services again.

My technician Julien is amazing!! Not only courteous and professional but so kind to all my animals. He did an incredible job spraying my home inside and out but also wiped every porch and large carport free of spider webs. He also knocked down the wasp nest on the carport that took up residency. Did a great job and would highly recommend him at Paramount Pest Solutions.
We started using Paramount Pest Solutions a year ago and have been absolutely satisfied by their above and beyond approach. Julien is absolutely my favorite technician and he is who we see every single time. He is always professional, kind, customer oriented, friendly, and informative. We receive quarterly inside and exterior protection as well as mosquito relief that WORKS!!! If you're in the market for pest control I highly suggest these guys. You won't be disappointed!!
I have to say that I am disappointed in them. They have always been nice, but you get termite protection so you don't have to worry about termite damage to your home. We have a house on Gregory that the whole back side of an addition is full of termite damage. And Paramount inspected this house a year ago and have been treating it ever since. They found nothing on the original inspection. So far we have replaced 4 studs, 6 OSB sheets and 6 plywood sheets. No compensation offered by Paramount at all which is one of the reasons you want a contract with a pest control company. They claim to have given "free treatment". No, we paid for the treatment as stipulated by our contract. Their "free" treatment consist of spraying $5 worth of foam around the damage after we discovered it. Not what you want or expect from a pest control company.
These guys are great. Very professional and timely. Use them for many properties every year and they are excellent
Very happy with Paramount. Have been using them for about 18 months. Thorough and knowledgeable. Will come out right away if needed. If in between scheduled services, no charge for coming out. Always polite professional and will explain service in detail if asked. Will continue using for a long time.

Aubrey was my technician and he arrived early and immediately got started. He was thorough and explained what needed to take place and walked me through the entire process. If I had questions, he answered them and set me up for a follow up appointment that’s already been scheduled.

Aubrey was the upmost professional. Throughly sprayed my entire yard to prevent fire ants. Not in a hurry to get it done, but efficient to make sure it was done properly. He was very informative and educational about other services we might need. Termites, carpenter bees etc..Very efficient, nice young man that values his job and customer relations. I had originally called a bigger corporation to service our home and a friend suggested Paramount, listening to her was the best thing I could have done.They were quick to answer the phone and any questions I had and calmed me down quickly as I was quite upset our new (certified termite free) new home had the little boogers eating my kitchen wall!Every employee I've had dealing with so far were fantastic, had no problems with my very large dog and my ever determined to escape cats.They were on time every time and knew their jobs inside and out. Even got some tips on repairing the damage from our inspector John.Fairly priced and super nice! They are my guys from here on in.
